I guess that aren’t many st andard gauge heritage railways in Belgium, or France, or the Netherlands or Western Europe in general. Hmm, I guess hopelessly obsessing with the ghost of railways past is a British thing.

There’s at least four that I know of in Belgium, and a few of the locomotives that are put out of service will probably go there. While similarly enthusiastic as their British counterparts, I get the impression that they aren’t as well funded.
